Trasformar puede ser crear espacios, tiempos, talleres de acompa&ntilde;amiento, actividades espec&iacute;ficas, que promuevan la narrativa y la elaboraci&oacute;n de una publicaci&oacute;n; se podr&iacute;a entender como el poder expandir o ampliar espacios o actividades ya existentes, trasladarlas de un lugar a otro donde se prevea que ser&aacute;n bienvenidas y productivas; puede tambi&eacute;n tener como horizonte sustituir, esto es, proyectar <strong>c&oacute;mo reemplazar ciertas pr&aacute;cticas por otras diferentes, idear c&oacute;mo darle nuevas funciones a algo ya presente.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">En suma: el prop&oacute;sito del PFI ser&aacute; hacer<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">algo<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">que lleve a mirar lo cotidiano de un modo novedoso, diferente, tanto a quien lleve adelante el PFI como al grupo con el que se elija realizar el proyecto. Trasformar no implica, as&iacute;, hacer algo &ldquo;ampuloso&rdquo;. Este PFI se propone hacer una historia de un centro educativo, de una costumbre cultural o de un festejo propio de cierto lugar que tambi&eacute;n se constituye en un proyecto de transformaci&oacute;n: <strong>dar a conocer una historia, armar un archivo, buscar relatos y documentos para aproximarse a zonas poco conocidas de las cosas y lugares con los que desarrollamos nuestro quehacer cotidiano genera un efecto transformador.<\/strong> <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">Un proyecto que se proponga producir encuentros entre alumnos de distintos centros educativos creando una actividad en com&uacute;n tambi&eacute;n es un proyecto de transformaci&oacute;n que se proponga repensar la elecci&oacute;n de los materiales para las clases de las diferentes asignaturas de manera cr&iacute;tica, armando por ejemplo espacios de debate entre docentes, que tambi&eacute;n es, ciertamente, un Proyecto de Intervenci&oacute;n orientado a la transformaci&oacute;n. Entre muchas otras alternativas, se podr&iacute;a asimismo idear un espacio-taller del que participen docentes, docentes y directivos, docentes, cipes, referentes estudiantiles, alumnos, u otra combinaci&oacute;n que sea transformadora para el &aacute;mbito que nos interesa. Y<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;el <\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">aqu&iacute; no refiere a un error, a un mal a subsanar o a un inconveniente que requiere de una soluci&oacute;n aplicable. La noci&oacute;n de <\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">la vamos a entender como<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><strong><em><span lang=\"ES\">un conjunto de preguntas<\/span><\/em><\/strong><em><span lang=\"ES\">, un haz de interrogantes que surge de observar cierta esfera, ciertas pr&aacute;cticas, ciertas instituciones y relaciones. Cuando <strong>Bajtin<\/strong> titula su ensayo sobre la noci&oacute;n de g&eacute;nero discursivo <strong>&ldquo;El <\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema de los g&eacute;neros discursivos&rdquo; no est&aacute; proyectando, de manera cerrada, una respuesta inmediata para &ldquo;resolverlo&rdquo;<\/span><\/em><\/strong><em><span lang=\"ES\">; en cambio, abre un conjunto de cuestiones e interrogantes, de proposiciones y conceptos que permiten comprender mejor un aspecto que no hab&iacute;a sido cabalmente considerado en los estudios del discurso.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">El sentido que le damos a<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">abreva en la noci&oacute;n de<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><strong><span lang=\"ES\">problem&aacute;tica<\/span><\/strong><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">con la que trabajan ciertas corrientes filos&oacute;ficas: un &ldquo;sistema de preguntas&rdquo;, as&iacute; define <strong>Louis Althusser<\/strong>, en el libro<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">Iniciaci&oacute;n a la filosof&iacute;a para los no fil&oacute;sofos<\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">, el concepto de<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problem&aacute;tica<\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">. Muchas veces los programas de investigaci&oacute;n y los programas docentes se articulan, justamente, por problemas.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Es bien interesante el modo en que est&aacute; formulado cada&nbsp;problema: involucra un conjunto de preguntas e inquietudes diversas. Lo interesante en esta propuesta es que las preguntas que se desprenden de cada problema apuntan a interrogar afirmaciones que se suponen ya conocidas, las preguntas interrogan nuevamente aquello que <strong>&ldquo;ya se sabe&rdquo;<\/strong> y desarman evidencias. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El gesto primordial para formular un&nbsp;problema<\/span><\/em><\/strong><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">, tal como lo entendemos, implica repensar y revisar afirmaciones que se nos presentan como evidentes y que, por lo tanto, no solemos (re)pensar. La propuesta es desde aqu&iacute; habilitarse a hacer preguntas aun sobre aquello m&aacute;s evidente, mejor dicho, especialmente sobre aquello m&aacute;s evidente. Ahora bien, <strong>&iquest;qu&eacute; es la&nbsp;evidencia&nbsp;en este planteo? &iquest;Por qu&eacute; es relevante &ldquo;desarmarla&rdquo;?<\/strong> <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Lo evidente remite a aquello que de tan pr&oacute;ximo, de tan cotidiano, se ha acomodado ante nuestra visi&oacute;n de manera tal que ya no percibimos su presencia ni su forma. Es algo que, justamente por estar ubicado en lugares cotidianos, no llama la atenci&oacute;n.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Podemos poner esto en relaci&oacute;n con un concepto elaborado por la teor&iacute;a del discurso y sistematizado por un autor llamado <strong>Paul Henry<\/strong> primero y retomado por otro autor, <strong>Michel P&ecirc;cheux:<\/strong> el concepto de&nbsp;<strong>preconstruido<\/strong>.&nbsp;Preconstruido&nbsp;es una noci&oacute;n que permite explicar cu&aacute;ndo la evidencia, algo que <strong>&ldquo;ya se sabe&rdquo;<\/strong>, se encastra en nuestros enunciados sin que nos demos cuenta. El problema es el gesto de la pesquisa investigativa en la tarea docente<strong>: hurgar, desconfiar de lo que se supone que ya sabemos, de aquello que es &ldquo;as&iacute;&rdquo;.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Apuntamos, en el horizonte, a mirar lo cotidiano de otra manera, &ldquo;con otros ojos&rdquo;, con las preguntas abiertas de par en par:<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">Pero no se trata de pura inspiraci&oacute;n personal, sino de buscar y poner en marcha aquello que denominamos &ldquo;m&eacute;todos de observaci&oacute;n e ideaci&oacute;n creativa&rdquo;, sustentados en la idea de que siempre creamos a partir de lo ya existente. <strong>Esto nos permite problematizar nuestras pr&aacute;cticas, relaciones y espacios habituales.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">No proponemos entonces salir a observar otros espacios, otras disciplinas, entablar di&aacute;logos sobre los modos de lectura y escritura con quienes desempe&ntilde;an otras actividades en nuestras &nbsp;instituciones o actividades en otras instituciones o esferas o centros de educaci&oacute;n y cultura o &aacute;mbitos grupales. <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">Esta es la forma de trabajo que proponemos para que el PTI tenga el efecto de transformar las pr&aacute;cticas y espacios cotidianos en los que desarrollamos nuestras actividades docentes.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">Para finalizar, en primer lugar, tengamos en cuenta que<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;todo <\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">tiene una relaci&oacute;n de ida y vuelta. Porque pudimos enunciar inquietudes y preguntas que entraman un<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\"> que comenzamos a mirar de otro modo, en ciertas direcciones, y a interrogar las evidencias cotidianas, a ampliar nuestro horizonte; estos, a su vez, nos permiten volver a nuestro haz de preguntas inicial y comenzar a reformularlo con nuevas ideas e inquietudes.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">Cabe mencionar que, es fundamental el papel de la escritura. La escritura es un aspecto constituyente en la producci&oacute;n de ideas. Comencemos entonces escribiendo el<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">problema<\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">, solo en el mismo momento y proceso de escritura, as&iacute; las ideas se van acomodando, una palabra convoca a la otra, aparecen nuevas expresiones, aparecen nuevas ideas<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>y<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;el <\/span><\/span><\/em><em><span lang=\"ES\">por qu&eacute;<\/span><\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><em><span lang=\"ES\">estamos escribiendo. Para la tarea de escribir, el tiempo, la calidad del tiempo, es fundamental: proponemos darse lugar a formular ocurrencias.&nbsp; <\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"claseparrafo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><em><span lang=\"ES\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; line-height: 115%;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong><em><span style=\"line-height: 115%;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Los ejes a tener presente en la elaboraci&oacute;n del Proyecto Educativo Institucional: <\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt;
